DESCRIPTION:Come to the library for a fun and informative class on making butter at home. Curdie will show you a skill that was practiced in just about every household back in the day\, and she'll bring back some of the old ways while she's at it. She will demonstrate how to make butter with the churn she uses at home\, and she'll also go over the tools most kitchens already have and how to use them to make butter yourself. Homemade bread will be provided so everyone can taste the results!\n\nKids are welcome! Anyone 12 and under should have an adult with them.\n\nThis workshop needs at least 3 people signed up to run.
