Chicken Keeping Basics

Thinking of raising chickens but not sure where to begin? In this workshop we’ll cover raising chicks, keeping your flock safe from predators, setting up a coop and run, chicken health and well-being, and common challenges. This workshop will offer an overview of the basics intended for the “chicken curious” and beginners. I will focus on keeping chickens as homestead or livestock animals, not as pets.
