
Shari loves a project. Crafting, cooking, food preservation, gardening, writing—she’ll try almost anything once. After escaping soul-crushing academic and corporate careers, she and her husband started Swallowdale Farm where they work harder and more joyfully than either thought possible. They tend a large market garden and raise chickens and sheep with the help of a sweet farm dog and several cats. Swallowdale Farm aspires to grow food and community and you can find them at the Angelica Farmer’s Market every Saturday during the summer.
