Privacy

ACRN is a small, volunteer-run community group. We collect only what you give us through our forms and our newsletter, and we only use it to support facilitators and following up on workshops and events.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us when you fill out one of our forms—your name, contact info, and whatever you tell us about a workshop, a venue, an event, or your interests. We don’t track you across the web, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

Where it's stored

Form responses are stored in Tally, where ACRN organizers can see them and follow up. Event RSVPs are also routed to the right facilitator using Make. Newsletter signups are stored in MailerLite. The site itself is hosted on Netlify. That’s the whole list. We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t pass it to anyone outside ACRN’s volunteer organizers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it’s useful to the work—so we can invite you to a follow-up workshop, thank you for hosting a venue, or close the loop on a question you asked. If you’d rather we didn’t, just tell us and we’ll remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Show you what we have on file about you.
  • Update anything that’s wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your information from our records.
  • Stop contacting you—for the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email; for everything else, just let us know.

Email acrncares@proton.me and a volunteer will take care of it. We aim to respond within a week.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The form and newsletter tools above set their own cookies when their embeds load on a page — those are governed by their own privacy policies, linked above.

Changes to this page

If we add a new tool or change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and note the date below. If the change is significant, we’ll mention it in our newsletter.
